All other times i would say stick to whole foods if possible. (Coulaid)</title><description>  Taking creatine while cutting is okay!   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  For imbetween meals look into sustain bars or protein. (LoneWolf)</title><description>  So right now I'm using Animal Cuts, Animal Nitro and Animal Pak along with 25minutes of intense cardio after a workout, and a 1hour jog 3times a week. &lt;br&gt;  Ofcoarse I only want to loose fat and bodywater, without loosing muscle and maybe get some small gains, would taking creatine be OK?  &lt;br&gt;  Also, inbetween a big healthy breakfast (7AM) and dinner (7PM) I can only manage to squeeze in a bowl of rice&amp;chicken from the bar at roughly 1PM (gym at 5-6PM), I'm thinking about some ON Whey, anything else?
