(rus_kid)</title><description>  That depends, have you been increasing the weight like that for a while or you have been doing samething and now you decided to try more weight and you succeded? &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  I used to do same weight, without trying heavier weights, and then I tried couple of times and realized that I was doing light weight all that time.
