(SergiuArsenie)</title><description>  Is 17.5g of creatine per day, for 5 days, enough for a loading phase? They are pills and the labels say a serving is 5 pills, or 3.5g, so 5 servings is 17.5g. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Also, if I start tomorrow, I will load tomorrow. Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.. and then maintain starting Monday.
