 Incline Bench 60lbs 3x10 &lt;br&gt;  Standing Mil Press 45lbs 3x10  &lt;br&gt;  Decline CGBP 45lbs 3x10 &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  Yeah, I took a week off in the middle there.&amp;nbsp; Its been a crazy week, spent 2 days on call for a birth, the holidays, out of town guests.&amp;nbsp; No excuses, just reasons.&amp;nbsp; Back on track this week.&amp;nbsp; Both with exercise and eating.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Didnt even weigh in yesterday, since I knew it would not be pretty.&amp;nbsp; I was still feeling sick on Friday and Saturday, I was busy all day hosting a party.&amp;nbsp; So basically, I only got 1 cardio in all last week.&amp;nbsp; Planning on doing week 2 of the Couch to 5K next week, since the weather should be nice most days.&amp;nbsp; No excuses!&amp;nbsp;  &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;Sunday - 11/19 Push&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt;  Flat Bench (w/u 45lbs 2x12) 70lbs 3x9 &lt;br&gt;  Incline Bench 60lbs 3x9 &lt;br&gt;  Standing Mil Press 45lbs 3x10 &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  Superset:&amp;nbsp;  &lt;br&gt;  Overhead Tricep Press 37lbs 3x10 &lt;br&gt;  Lateral Raises 5lbs 3x12 &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  Week 6: -1lbs (total lost since 9/9 -26.6)&amp;nbsp;  &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  Thanks rippedchick.&amp;nbsp; I am really hoping I can complete it and actually run 3 miles.&amp;nbsp; I know a lot of people who have been successful with it, even though its hard to imagine running that long right now.&amp;nbsp;
