(chaz111)

Keep running, but lift some weights as well. It will be better for your overall health to continue doing both. You might also want to look into CLA by GNC or Ripped Fuel by Controlled Labs (I think, but correct me if Im wrong). My friend had the same build as you, and CLA helped bring more definition to his abs and chest.
What should I do? (Joner)

Hey guys, Im about 225lbs, 6ft 3" and about 17%-19% body fat, so i dont have any definition on my abs and chest. I was wondering would it be best to loose the excess fat through cardio then concentrate on weights or do a mixture of both? Im currently running 5 miles everyday at about 7mph so i think i would loose the weight quite quickly, but again i was looking for your opinions. But I've been told that i am already quite broad and my legs and arms are already quite defined. Its just my body that is letting me down especially around my abs.

Any help appreciated!

Sam
