I suggest doing some bulking now that you lost that much weight and then after a few months cut again and you'll notice a huge difference.
Belly fat (deuceswild7284)

Hey guys im weighing about 175 and really the onlyplace i have fat is around my lower belly. How can i get rid of that? I tried so hard for 3 months. I started at 192 and got down to 165. I could tell a little bit but i still had that stubborn lower belly fat. I lost weight everywhere else and people could tell, but in the mirror i still looked fat around my stomach. What can you guys recommend?
