My MO is to follow the directions and then modify as necessary.   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  I did experience results with only 1 dose a day.  I probably would have experienced it more if I took the recommended dosage 2x on a training day and 1x on an off day. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  I think 1x a day would be okay.  I did feel it. I thought I remember you mentioning you only took a single dose each day?  If this is so, how did it work for you?  I'd like to make this stuff last as long as I can and if the single dose works that would be a simple solution:) &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Oh btw-  it says one serving is 9.5 grams, yet I also remember you saying you took 5g instead??  (I think I read your review on supps 101:P)  Anyways did you find that to be enough, I only ask because this is my first creatine cycle and if its possible that it is enough then I will give it a try to and see how it works.  I've got to make this stuff last being a poor college student and all!
