For triceps you can do skullcrushers/french press, dips, tricep pushdowns, close grip bench press, and tricep extensions. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  2. swimming, bike, rowing, a sport like basketball or soccer, calesthenics(hope thats spelled right) &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  3.
