Would you tell me what is the best form ok taken V12...I usually take my 1st serving 30 min before work out...what about the 2nd serving? whan is best to take it? some advice to wait 8 hours before drinking it! Is this a must? I dont want to take it before going to bed cause it makes me have problems for getting to sleep.

ORIGINAL: diesel

I have three clients on the two servings and they have had great results. One client I had took one serving, but he did not do as well. The two servings keeps it fresh in your system. Also make sure your protein is at least one gram per pound of bodyweight.

RE: One Serving V12 (diesel)

I have three clients on the two servings and they have had great results. Can someone explain the nutritional point of a second serving eight hours later?
Thanx for your attention and advice!
