But now i'm starting to train for baseball after taking a year off. As the title of the topic said im a pitcher and a lead off hitter. Been running the past month + month 1/2 for gaining my speed and stamina up but i really wanna hit the gym and bulk up. I did the caloric calculator to figure out the amount of calories i need, but i need some help with some exercises and routine tweaking. Heres what i was thinking about:  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  &lt;i&gt;Monday(Chest,Triceps)&lt;/i&gt; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;i&gt;Tuesday(Legs)&lt;/i&gt; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;i&gt;Wednesday(Shoulders)&lt;/i&gt; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;i&gt;Thursday(Off)&lt;/i&gt; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;i&gt;Friday(Biceps, Back)&lt;/i&gt; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;i&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;i&gt;Saturday and Sunday off for agility work and pitching.
