I got a couple free samples of Syntha-6 so I'm thinking about trying that, but for now I'm doing Gladiator before and after workouts. It's by Smoothie King, it's a more focused protein supplement, without fat and carbs. Then I think I'm going to use some Evopro before bed. It's like MM, same company, but less fat and carbs, calories.
