Well, I'm doing incline bench press (3 sets), flat bench press (3 sets), fly dumbells (just 2 sets) and dips (just 2 sets).

Sometimes I just don't do the dips.

By the way, I just figured out that the floor of my gim is inclined, and is inclined to side where my chest is less pronounced. Funny, ah?

I will try to do fly dumbell with more weight on my right side, next week, maybe, cause today was my chest workout. Thanks for the answer.
RE: WEIRD CHEST (Letshavesome)

What kind of exercises are you doing for your chest? The best way is the use free weights, especially dumbbells as these will workout both pecs individually. If one is small, then concentrate on using more weight on the smallest side and just use a suitable weight to maintain the thickest side. Might feel wierd at first but will be good developer of the stabilising muscles.

WEIRD CHEST (Pchild)

Hey, boys, I have a few questions but I'll post them one by one... For now, this is the first I'm curious about:

I'm putting great effort in growing my chest, and yes, it has grown well in the past weeks, but it's now VERY OBVIOUS for me that the left side is thicker than the right side. How do I solve that? And by the way? Is there a page where I can find how to take measurements of the body?

Hope you answers, guys. See you back there.
