I'm going to try to pre-exhaust it before doing compound movements to make sure that the pecs get a full workout instead of having my shoulders and triceps taking over for it.

RE: Pectorals (cif140)

i always had problems with small pecs in HS. and gaining fat is going to happen with bulking diets. but ive noticed a dramatic change in 5 months of serious lifting.

i recommend changing ur workout routines every two months to shock ur muscles into growth, if you keep the same routines ur muscle will get used to the workout and u wont see as good of results compared to if u did change it up.

also, pushups arent too good for gaining mass becuz u are only using ur own bodyweight. if u want to gain mass, i recommend using free weights and progressively adding more and more, while hitting all regions of your pecs every time(flat bench, incline, decline, flys, etc.).

also, dont overtrain! i stick with 12-16 sets every chest workout(that much is still pushing it.), once a week. all of this has proved to yield good results for me.
RE: Pectorals (deadly devon)

 pretty intense

RE: Pectorals (intense)

 SCF,
Do a few sets dumbbell flyes, incline and cable cross-overs. Many people suggest pullovers to help expand the ribcage, however, I know many people who feel this is not possible. You may consider widening your grip on the bench to put more emphasis on the pecs, and less on the shoulders and triceps. Another exercises that seems to help is doing a bench press, but taking it down to your Adams Apple, forcing the chest muscle to take on a greater load. My workout partner has huge arms that do most of the work during chest exercises, his chest development is far behind his arms. I have the opposite problem, I have a 58" chest and 18" arms. My chest takes over for my triceps in all pressing movements. Even though 18" arms are big, they look small on someone with a huge chest.

Fat around the nipples is relatively common for pubescent boys due to the rapid increase in hormones. This will more than likely go away on it's own, as your body's chemistry finds a balance. However, this may make you more susceptible to this condition if you choose to use steroids in the future (hopefully you won't). Many of my Friends over the years have battled this problem, often ending up with very painful surgery, all of them were the result of steroid abuse.

Keep up the good work.

With respect

Intense
RE: Pectorals (PD81)

ORIGINAL: Angel

ORIGINAL: Hudie13

what is Gynecomastia? lol..

Goggle it dude

or google. whichever one works for you.
RE: Pectorals (Angel)

ORIGINAL: Hudie13

what is Gynecomastia? lol..

Goggle it dude
RE: Pectorals (Hudie13)

 what is Gynecomastia? lol..

RE: Pectorals (SuperCoolFool)

 Oh jesus...
