I should have the New & Improved Veggilante Phase IV Journal with new goals, and a whole new format up and running shortly

RE: Veggeep's Bulking & Shredding & Just Plain Lovin' the Game Journal (Imanerd)

Don't give in to "You know, one missed cardio session isn't going to kill my progress..." But not today. Today, you put petty procrastination in it's place AGAIN."

And, of course, through clenched teeth, and with veins popping out all over my neck, chest, arms and thighs, at the bottom of every rep, "AGAIN!!!"

I just knocked out another killer chest workout, again. My pecs are so pumped, they jiggle like freaking boobs when I walk -which would concern me if they didn't tense up harder than a raw potato every time I flex them, LOL. I can see those tasty little striations all the way up and down the crease at my sternum again. Al my triceps feel tight and sore as a mo-fo, again.

And in three short days, I will hit them...

again.

RE: Veggeep's Bulking & Shredding & Just Plain Lovin' the Game Journal (twistedlink)

Yeah that was last year though, im having trouble doing 110lbs right now even for 5+ reps lol

RE: Veggeep's Bulking & Shredding & Just Plain Lovin' the Game Journal (veggeep)

ORIGINAL: twistedlink

You're stronger than me on bench now!

Im the weakest 19 year old bencher here

That's impossible. There's no freaking way my bench numbers are higher than yours -you were hitting bigger numbers than I last year.

Besides, I wouldn't start worrying about it until you're only hitting my numbers at 35 years old

I have another chest workout today, and I do believe it's high time for some 135 lb action
RE: Veggeep's Bulking & Shredding & Just Plain Lovin' the Game Journal (twistedlink)

You're stronger than me on bench now!

Im the weakest 19 year old bencher here
RE: Veggeep's Bulking & Shredding & Just Plain Lovin' the Game Journal (veggeep)

ORIGINAL: bulkingup
My guess was porn on ppv.......But the again everytime i hear the word gratuitous my mind immediately equates it with sex.......But then again it was an X"BOX" HaHa

HA! You're not far off

One of the first things I did when I got it talking to my PC was stream some of my juicier vids off the hard drive just to see how good Twisty's.com looks in Hi-Def

Sadly, it looks like all other low-quality video blown up to 1080i, HA HA HA HA!
