(cpl)</title><description>  Try this-  &lt;br&gt;  Monday- Chest/upper back &lt;br&gt;  Tuesday- Legs &lt;br&gt;  Wednesday- Shoulders/biceps &lt;br&gt;  Friday- Triceps/deadlifts &lt;br&gt;  This way, the chest/triceps/shoulder workouts are all spaced out from each other, same as back/biceps.
