Anywayz eventually i listened to the pain and stopped working out around Jan-Feb.

But the pain is still there, i got a bit worried and got an x-ray. The doctor said there was nothing serious, just the spine slightly not-straight, he said i could see a chiropractor, but wasn't neccessary. Anywayz, I wanna get your opionion on this.

Every now and then, I try to do some back exercises, but everytime I do it, the next day, my back seems worse. Is this because I do not do any exercises, and hence my back becomes stiff, so when i do it, it makes it worse. Or is it because the exercises are not done properly?

I did some back exercises yesterday, and now my back seems worse. Should I do it for another day, and see what happens the following day?

Thanks
