Thanks MD!

RE: Creatine with semi weak stomach (Marc David)

Both have received good reviews. I've tried V12 and really liked it. I was going to try Swole as well.

If you take V12 following the directions, you ought to be alright. Just discontinue if you feel any discomfort. I know that some brands of protein that get good ratings don't work with me either. I do not consider myself sensitive to that, but in some cases, well.. I just am.

From what I know about V12, the quality was good. And it's a creatine transport system which helps with absorption. More pricey then just pure creatine monohydrate but maybe worth a shot.

I did try EAS Synthol. Didn't care for it as much as V12. Foamy mix. Not as good. Didn't feel the effects.

If you just want a straight creatine.. nothing fancy, there's plenty of brands that will meet the quality standards.

Creatine Products

RE: Creatine with semi weak stomach (mastaman65)

Would you say swole or v12 works better for you guys?

RE: Creatine with semi weak stomach (mastaman65)

Yeah most everything I've heard about cell tech has been about how overpriced it is, those 6 page ads all over muscle and fitness magazines don't make it much better either

I think I will go ahead and give V-12 a try after I look at a few other products.

Thanks for the info thus far guys, its much appreciated.

RE: Creatine with semi weak stomach (WDNinABQ)

And I'll step up and recommend V-12. That stuff has never made my stomach so much as blink after taking it.

Plus the orange flavor tastes just like Tang -- the drink of astronauts!

/showing his age just a little

RE: Creatine with semi weak stomach (nickflnj)

Creatine has never done much for me beside give me more energy but I'd say Cell-Tech is a reliable brand. Although it is ridicolously expensive, it's a quality product. Make sure you drink lots and lots and lots of water when taking creatine, especially with a sensitive stomach.

Creatine with semi weak stomach (mastaman65)

hello all, its been a long time since I've made a post and I'm sure noone remembers my posts anyhow anyways I hope to post more often, and I have a question for those of you who are fairly knowledgeable about creatine. I've always had a weak stomach (lactose intolerant, rich foods... etc.) pretty much anything in excess makes me sick.

I've been working out for around 2-3 years now and I would like to give creatine a shot and see how it works for me. Can anyone suggest a brand for me to try that has worked fairly well. I realize there are quite a few posts on creatine already, however I was hoping someone who may be in, or near the same situation I am could give me some advice. Thanks!
