(weiner26)</title><description>  I am 5'9 180 and need to put on 5 - 10 lbs. I have ON whey and have been taking it for 6 weeks, and just finished NO explode a week ago. That stack only put on 2 lbs in 6 weeks. I just bought Xceed since it got awsome reviews. I am going to start it monday along with the whey, I was thinking about getting a weight gainer supplement to take with it. Would you guys reccomend that and if so which weight gainers are good and when should I take it? I cant put on much fat I have to put on lean muscle.
