I am around 3000 calories per day therefore somebody reccomended I take 1 serving. I am currently 9.5% body fat, 184lbs, I am taking only 1 serving per day because I am eating about 3,000 calories each day.   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Basically I am hoping this will help me gain a good few pound of lean muscle before I cut.  I will be working each body part twice per week, once heavey with less reps and once less weight with a few more reps.
