(rucknmaul)</title><description>  since creatine is out of the picture that leaves you with... &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  Glutamine &lt;br&gt;  Protein &lt;br&gt;  Multi-Vitamin &lt;br&gt;  BCAA's &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  and if you need a boost in energy or more pump you want.... &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  arganine - for the pump, precursor to nitric oxide &lt;br&gt;  caffeine - is good for a energy burst &lt;br&gt;  taurine, yahimbe bar extract, ginseng, - these are all the basic ingredients in an energy/ pre workout drink. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  if you can find any of these, here are some names of pre-workout drinks without creatine. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  super charge - labrada ( i think) &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  honestly i cant think of any more, but you can look for a product with the ingriedients listed above. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;   </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=147301</link><pubDate>Sat, 17 Jun 2006 19:18:49 GMT</pubDate></item><item><title> RE: What to get? (William)</title><description>  Hey, I've been on whey protein and just finished a tub of weight gainer and I was gonna go buy some stuff to bulk up on during the Summer and wanted your advice.&amp;nbsp;The thing is is that I live in France and the brands aren't always the same here so I was wondering&amp;nbsp;if someone could give suggest what&lt;i&gt; kind&lt;/i&gt; of stuff to buy. For a start if I want to bulk,&amp;nbsp;a weight gainer is necessary no? But do I need some Whey too? And what kind of stuff can boost my energy during workouts?
