(johnlpool06)</title><description>  hi guys pretty new to this but really want to achieve my goals which are to lose some weight i weigh 13stone 4 pounds im 5ft 10 and should be bout 11stone apparently. i want bigger arms, tone my stomach, bigger pecs  &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  i have been experimenting with different equipment but here is what i did today &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  15 mins on bike  &lt;br&gt;  15 mins on ski machine (well thats wot i call it) &lt;br&gt;  10 mins fat burning program on tread mill &lt;br&gt;  bicep exercise pull down 25kg 4 sets of 10 &lt;br&gt;  pec deck 25kg 4 sets of 10 &lt;br&gt;  ab crunch 20kg 4 sets of 10 &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  not had my weight training induction but i heard cross wire and bench press are good for buidling my pecs as the pec deck is what gives u the definition or the line down the middle of your chest... &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  any suggestions also i have bought some whey protien is twice a day sufficient using it been eating loads of salad and meat &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  any help would be appreciated &lt;br&gt;   </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=147149</link><pubDate>Sat, 17 Jun 2006 13:21:42 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
