ATP? Yes it's necessary. Creatine has a part in that. Your question is.. does anybody know anything about it? I've gotta say.. no.. never heard of it. But anybody making claims that a supplement can add 180 lbs to your bench when hard work might add 50 lbs.. I'd be skeptical.

One of the biggest pitfalls in this business is the slick marketing that comes out.

Sure.. try it. Free packets. I know there were some endorphine products that made big claims. Massive energy! Huge..

I took them.. while in Tahoe for snowboarding. Nothing. Nada. I didn't feel squat. So I never purchased the product. It was nothing more then some stimulant anyway and coffee did just as well.

A lot of that is just hype and marketing. And packaged nicely to sell. And every so often a good product does come out that is a new twist on something old and it's worth it.

V12.. creatine transport. Creatine wasn't new. Transports were sort of new. But this product was great. I did like it. And I did notice the effects. So not everything is bull but a lot of it seems to be. And always has been.

I mean the classic is the weight loss industry is a multi-billion dollar money maker. And yet, the latest stats say 65% of Americans are overweight. So you can pretty much guess that all these diets, pills and crap.. don't work. Because the 30% that eat right and go to the gym.. got it figured out and probably spend tons less on products and more vested interest in hard work.

Adenergy (GoArmy)

Anyone know anything about it? Supposedly it burns fat, increases ATP and perhaps even cures cancer if you can believe the ads. Seriously though, MuscleTech's been making some pretty big claims about it: 180 lbs added to bench, etc. I'm still waiting for my sample to arrive, does anyone know anything more about it?
