I cannot drink it mixed in water taste is so crappy.  But today I mixed 2 scoops with some vanilla icecream, whole milk, and some choclate syrup.  Mixed it into the blender real real good and drank it over a peroid of 1 hour time just sipping on it.  Tasted real good.  Still had a small mineral taste but it wasnt that bad.  Tastes decent enough for me to drink so its gotta be real good for others to drink cause my stomach has never been able to hold down anything that tastes nasty. About how much water in cups/liters/Milli liters, etc should I mix in for 1 1/2 scoops ?  Enough to fill up a normal size drinking cup? I just weighed myself in my underwear and I weigh 118lbs which means I gained some weight ( 4lbs &lt;img src="http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/upfiles/smiley/s2.gif" alt="" /&gt;) sinse I started eating different things and staying on my diet.   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  also on prolab sucking. It depens. If it says one scoop 1 serving. Or 2 scoops one serving. Depending on how much u weigh. Lets say u weigh 150 pounds. Consume about 175g or more a day, Get roughly around half of that from the protien. Let the rest be food. U could prob use more shakes than food . But w/e. No dont follow it. Take 1 scoop 2-3 times a day. Ur stomach will probably not like it at first give it three days before it gets adjusted u should be good to go. By the way prolab sucks. Go with the 10 lb bag of ON whey . Lots of branched chain amino acids comes with more and is dang cheap.
