Anyway, the end of the week and weekend were pretty crazy. I had an awesome weekend with lots of fun things to do on campus.

This week, it's back to the gym. I am in the swing of things, more in the swing of things anyway, and am ready to give this another try. I might have to cut back on going to the gym though depending on homework and activities. I don't want to, but we'll see.

RE: Sophie's Log (Sophie)

I didn't anything to do but walk to and from classes. I was, and still am, exhausted. I've only been getting 5-6 hours of sleep a night and don't have time to take a nap due to all the homework I seem to never stop doing.

I think I'm going to take tomorrow off as well. Give my body a chance to recover from the shock of all the walking all of a sudden. My legs were dead on Wednesday.

RE: Sophie's Log (Sophie)

 Tuesday 46 mins

Smith Bench Press - 55-8-8-8
DB Flys - 15-8-8
Rear Lat. Today was the first day of classes. It went pretty well.

RE: Sophie's Log (Sophie)

 Thursday 53 mins

Smith Bench Press - 55-8-8-8
DB Flys - 15-8-8-8
Rear Lat. It it going to be VERY interesting carrying them up FOUR flights of stairs. My foster dad is on crutches so can't help, AT ALL. Glad I've been lifting this summer, I just hope it's enough.

RE: Sophie's Log (Sophie)

 Wednesday 42 mins

Glute Kickback - 70-20-20-20
Hamstring Curl - 50-20-20-20
Adductors - 60-20-20-20
Abductors - 60-20-20-20
Cable Calf Raises - 187.5-20-20-20
Plate Loaded 45° Leg Press - 140-20-20-20
Side Bends - 10-20-20-20
Vertical Knee Raises - 10-20-20-20

RE: Sophie's Log (Sophie)

 Tuesday 54 mins

Smith Bench Press - 55-8-8-8 (over half my body weight)
DB Flys - 12.5-8-8-8
Rear Lat. Put the reps back up to 20 and decreased the weight a little for today and hoping to increase the weight on Wednesday as well as use the Smith instead of the cable for the calf raises.

First time I didn't the 45° Leg Press and it was okay. It will take some getting used to. Starting out light so in case my legs give out I won't be flattened like a pancake.

I finally bought straps to help me with the calf raises so that made the bar a little easier to hold to.

RE: Sophie's Log (Sophie)

 Monday 48 mins

Smith Bench Press - 50-10-10-10
Flys - 12.5-8-8-8
Rear lat.
