Ask one of the moderators to move it to training or nutrition. The prohormone forum gets very little foot traffic.

BTW 17 is too young to think about pro-hormones, if you were leaning in that direction

RE: need advice (takedownII)

CARDIO man. thats it. thats the best way to lose the excess fat. you said you want to be cut fast too. that probably wont' happen as fast as you want it to, but cardio is going to be your quickest way. thats probably not what you wanted to hear, but thats what you need. you might want to quit lifting for mass and strenght too. maybe start lifting for endurance. make lifting sort of a cardio thing. instead of low reps and alot of weight, switch to high reps low weight, very fast pace. you most likely will lose strength this way, but you will lose fat too. you're going to have to give up some of the strength gains to get some of the fat loss. when eating just eat real lean. (chicken breasts, tuna, skim milk) no pop (soda), lots of water, no butter, mayo, or any extra junk that is not needed. no simple sugars like candy bars and things like that too. supplements are another issue that you shouldn't touch until your diet is in order. a multi and protein mix won't hurt though.

good luck bro.

need advice (cgman)

 i am 17 years old and i weigh 225lbs.
