I know how you feel. i went on a diet over the summer and lost 20 pounds. it felt wiked sweet, but then i began obsessing over it and it totally consumed my life. I just wanted to be down that next 5 pounds. pretty soon 5 pounds turned into 10 pounds then before you know it i was sitting in a therapists room dicussing why i wasnt eating. i went from a wiked fat 175 to a wiked thin 150. my bench went from 145 to barly 115. i joined wrestling which probably wasnt the best thing to do and got a little stronger. in the last 4 months iv gone from 155 to 180. and my bench went from 115 to 210. 700 cals a day isnt anything. you may think its alot but really all your body is doing is burning off muscle not fat. dont starve. </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=143646</link><pubDate>Fri, 09 Jun 2006 14:40:34 GMT</pubDate></item><item><title> RE: this isnt about bodybuilding (losing weight) (Lari)</title><description>  Seeing a doctor wouldn't be the stupidest thing to do, although it might feel painful, awkward and a waste of time. I would say gr.9 or 10. If you weigh 100 pounds and are 5'5 you will be pushed around in later grades. I know you say you don't care what girls think, but wait till you get older. Man you shouldn't do that I know from experience, I used to be a lightweight like you and I was bothered at school. Now I'm not such a lightweight anymore and I get &lt;b&gt;RESPECT&lt;/b&gt;. So do what you want, but when it comes to the facts you don't want to be a rack of bones as it is not good when you get sick because your emune system will not have enough to fight that cold or whatever. Can you even finish the fast food meal you buy?  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  You said your a boxer? well no offence but i call BS here. im a boxer and i know for a fact that a trainer will never waste his time on a kid that has no diet. Your 34% under average weight as it is. 84% of the population of people your age, height, and gender weigh more then you. If you were to lose 6 pounds you would be in 9th percentile, this would not be good. The 9th percentile could be dangerous to your health. Now it's not bad enough for you to go to a doctor, but if you feel as if you need to lose even more weight I suggest going to a doctor, an adult, or a counselor. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  -CoolFool. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  P.S. You were the first to say it sounded weird, and it does. Lighten up.  &lt;br&gt;  I gave you the advice you need, and then you said you didn't want to take that advice. Don't be surprised if other members find it odd too, and wonder why you'd be asking for advice and then saying you don't want it.  &lt;br&gt;  If you're worried about how your jawline and your wrists look, it actually may be some kind of eating disorder- Most people worry about their abs, thighs, etc- When you've got no fat to speak of in those areas, and start looking at things like your wrists- It's a self image problem.
