I usually work1-2 muscle groups a day with 15 minutes of cardio before and after my lifting. I am going for mass…but I have lots of weight that can go to...&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;font face="times new roman"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;font face="times new roman"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;My question is what are the main benefits of a sauna? Is it to reduce soreness, Speed up rebuild time, cause your metabolism to speed up? Give you a place to pass out and die?
