Plus when I drink powerade during a workout I have more energy and just feel better, thats me though. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  About the electrolytes I learned you should drink powerade when you have a upset stomach as because it contains these. I got that from a pharmacist. In actual fact I threw up that night and it was all powerade.
