Can not lower attempt weight. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  1st: 275 - got sloppy on this but still got the lift in &lt;br&gt;  2nd: 295 - almost got stuck 6in up but kept it moving. &lt;br&gt;  3rd: 305 - r. shoulder was not part of the program here, failed, maybe I should have just gone for an even 300. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Still not bad considering that I struggled with 200 4 months ago and got 295 here.
