(markowma)</title><description>  hey guys, i was bench pressing yesterday&amp;nbsp;and during one rep, i was pushing really hard (barley got it up) and my neck started to hurt. i thought it was just something little cause the pain went away. but just today, i was pitching (baseball game) and the pain came back and got so bad i couldnt lift my head up to look at the sky. i have a feeling its just a neck strain or something. but how can i prevent this from happening again? </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=136174</link><pubDate>Sat, 20 May 2006 14:44:19 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
