 He bench press's&amp;nbsp; on the flat in his garage 3 - 4 times a week.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I am pretty sure he says he has heavy days and then light days.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; so I am assuming a 5x5 could work on a heavy day and then on a light day 10 - 15 reps 2 - 3 sets.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;  &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  It would be hard for me to follow his routine because I hit my chest from all angles and&amp;nbsp; it hurts like hell for atleast 2 days.  &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;
