Turkey Mince, as it's 10 times less fat in it and just as much Protein if not more. Cook the mince as you would with steak or beef mince on it's own with no oil or water&amp;nbsp;until fully cooked. Drain off excess water and fat(very little may i add) &lt;br&gt;  2. Kidney beans, High protein and low GI. Add these &lt;br&gt;  3. Chili sauce from Uncle bens, don't know if it can be got in America, but it's 2.3g of fat per Jar. And then add this. &lt;br&gt;  4. Put on a bed of Basmati rice as it's one of&amp;nbsp;the lowest GI of all rices. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  And walla, there you have it.
