(duffman)</title><description>  I've finally decided to workout seriously and just want some friendly advice on what sups and what my workout plan should look like. So in order to get accurate advice heres a bit about me and my goals. I'm 23 6f 2in 175lbs, I have a hard time gaining weight and would like to gain muscle and&amp;nbsp;get great muscle def. My goal is to gain weight and be ripped.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;   I plan on taking Xyience NOX-CG3 and thinking about XTEST. How much cardio should I be doing a week since I want to be ready for&amp;nbsp;soccer season in Fall. I was thinking 30mins everyother day....
