I have a huge build, just born that way, also I have been lifting for several years; unfortunately, some of that 295 is disgusting fat. I should clarify.... I didn't just walk around doing whatever, per se, I more went with programs that friends of mine told me I should try or things I read on the internet, stuff like that. I just never got into a program all the way that I found I like and that I could stick with for a lifetime. Kind of in a rut, I guess.

RE: Suggestions for training routine (Marc David)

 LOL..

Yeah.. Please tell me you're 195 otherwise my new gym routine will be closing my eyes, spinning around 5 times and walking until I bumb into a machine.

RE: Suggestions for training routine (Marc David)

I'm a newbie, sorry.

That's what DB is about.. helping out. I was wondering if any of you out there could help me develop a training routine including meals? I've been lifting for years, but I have never really had something uniform, I kind of just went around the gym and did what I felt like. I have gotten some good results, but I feel like I am in a rut. I know I could be huge. I definitely have the genetics. I am 6'3" and about 295, mostly muscle. Unfortunately, got some fat still on there. Alright, thanks for all the help.
