It also helps you in the gym, from what ive noticed more powerful reps towards the end of your sets. I would recommend Creakic, by Muscle Tech, ive been using it for about 2 weeks and i am liking the results. However, you must drink alot of water!!!!! If your urine is yellowish- dark yellowish drink more water. You want your urine to be very light yellow if not almost clear. Some people earlier were bashing the creatine products; however, your urine sometimes can be a little smelly, but ive never had any dirrehea. A MUST: follow directions on dosages listed on the supplement bottle. If you are teen start off on a little less intese dosage, for example i started the Creakic on 2 pills per serving instead of the recommended 3 pills. Overdosing can lead to liver complications and/or liver disease, im not trying to scare you but never go over the recommened serving amount especially if your a teen. You should like it, its a good supplement.
RE: Creatine (megaman77)

Ya I've been taking NO Xplode and Blast cycle (not at the same time) for the past few eeks and they are both very good. They make Anavol (the stuff I mentioned in an earleir reply) look like nothing. I would still recommend Anavol to someone starting to take creatine though. Anyway, ya, both NO and Blast work well for me. The only slight side effects I noticed are sometimes I get too pumped or mentally focussed with NO Xplode and with Blast cycle, the first few times I took it upset my stomach for about 30 min./until I started lifting, but its gotten better now. I think NO Xplode gives you more pump in the gym but Blast Cycle has more creatine in it (No Xplode has very little).
RE: Creatine (No Quarter)

 http://www.everything-creatine.com/

RE: Creatine (twistedlink)

The human body contains an average of 80-90 grams of creatine in its system anyway, the creatine you buy is just to load you up so the body has to put it into cells to not saturate its system which causes water retention, this affects the water and solute potentials of cells, and basically allows cells to suck protein like a whore sucks a ****.
The result? More protein intakes and faster gains and weight gain through muscle and water retention

some say this quick muscle gaining lacks in strength as its too quickly for the fibres to allign perfectly.

Just eat tons of eggs and steaks, they have loads of creatine in them.
Thats some dodgy creatine to be shooting blanks.
RE: Creatine (ado)

creatine is good stuff, exept one possible side effect everyone forgot, some creatines can make your semen infertille so do you homework before going out and getting the cheapest or coolest looking creatine out there, unless you wanna be shooting blanks, lol.

RE: Creatine (UNC09)

 okay

RE: Creatine (Vehemence)

I tried NO Xplode for a while and tho I didnt feel completely juiced up before a lift, I did feel somewhat of a pump in the gym. The taste wasnt too terrible either...way better than the fruit loopy taste of the xyience formula...

RE: Creatine (UNC09)

 OKAY so maybe no xplode

RE: Creatine (megaman77)

I would def. recommend that you DONT take nitro tech. Its not that I found it any worse than the 10+ other protein or creatine supps I have tried, but it def. wasn't better either. I did the nitro tech/cell tech stack for a few weeks and found that nitro tech worked alright (but tasted horrible and was hard to mix) but cell tech was nuthin special. Plus you have to consider the prices. They are about the most expensive supps I have ever seen and are not worth it. Go with a whey protein for after (and maybe before if ya want) workouts, creatine before workouts, and if you have extra money--Muscle Milk for before bed and/or in the morning.
For creatine, like I said, I have had good results with Anavol for the past 2+ months, but I've also heard good things from my friends about NO-Xplode and Xceed.
Hope this helps.

RE: Creatine (UNC09)

okay so i think i will take no-explode or Nitro-Tech

RE: Creatine (GyM RaT)

kre-alkalyn and ur good.....u might have stinky piss but thats it

RE: Creatine (LTD)

I am just starting to use Nitro-Tech and Cell-Tech. They both contain creatine. I was recomended these from an experienced friend. I am just starting to take both of these supplements. So im not exactly sure when Nitro-Tech started to put creatine into their supplement.
