Once it sees 2 hours pass, without  &lt;br&gt;  any workout, it starts (My body) to show side &lt;br&gt;  effects.  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Has this happened to you? &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  What do you do to remedy this problem? &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  For the record, I workout 5 - 6 days a  &lt;br&gt;  week.  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  5 giving the most side effects. </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=127</link><pubDate>Mon, 07 Apr 2003 19:23:12 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
