(cpl)

To reveal the muscle you have built, you definitely have to lose fat- There's definitely no such thing as a toning exercise, there's muscle gain and fat loss- And that's it. You gain the muscle, then lower your body fat so you can reveal the muscle you've gained- That's when the results show. It works the same for the triceps, biceps, delts, pecs, abs- Everything. High rep workouts- Especially the previously mentioned 50 rep set- Can sure leave you feeling pumped, which might make some think that the muscle's getting bigger- But getting "pumped" doesn't do anything for actual muscle growth, or make any muscle show through fat any better.

RE: back of triceps? (HEARTS)

ORIGINAL: Minotaur

To work your triceps completely (all 3 heads) you have to do push exercises (dips, pushdowns, close grip bp, etc.) that work the medial and lateral heads, AND overhead extensions like skullcrushers or French press to work the long head (the part at the back of the arm near the armpit. Push exercises don't work the long head that well.

I'd listen to this guy. I am also going to say he's right, I used to only have the beginning of the horseshoe. Then I added skull crushers to my arm workout.
RE: back of triceps? U could very well do a powerlifting workout and still look 'cut'.

I workout for mass and do cardio in the morning. I stay pretty cut with this routine, but don't eat as much as you.(I eat a lot but not as much as you say you eat.)
