I always like thoughtful questions.  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  I wanted to say two different things about your response.&amp;nbsp; First of all, I think you're putting words in my nouth saying I recommended taking glutamine and protein together. The next thing I wanted to say is that glutamine and protein do NOT in any way, shape, or form compete for absorption.&amp;nbsp; It's not as if they're mineral vigilantes where phosphates would precipitate out calcium or a similar mechanism. All the amino acids are rapidly metabolized whether they come from whey or glutamine capsules or eggs. I think what you might have meant with your statement was that if you want to get the growth hormone boost from the amino acid glutamine (which it has been shown to do), then you need glutamine on an empty stomach ideally to cause a sharp rise in glutamine amino acids in the blood, whereas consuming it with other food would dull the rise of blood glutamine. I'm just a little confused now about exactly how much protein I can take while on Creatine. Does it just depend on the Creatine? &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  BSN says that you shouldn't have anymore than 10 g's of glutamine from your Protein supplement while on CellMass, otherwise it would diminish the effects (The technical reasoning, I'm not sure about). I'm not actually taking CellMass right now, since I'm actually on NDS Evolve, but I planned on gettin CellMass next week and give it a try. I just bought ON Whey yesterday, since my I ran out of my NDS Amplify Protein. Due to money, I'll most likely only be able to stack CellMass w/ my ON Whey, though I still believe it'll be very effective.  &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  Now, back to the question. lol. So exactly how much Whey can I take right now, and when I start taking CellMass without diminishing the effects of the Creatine? On the label of ON Whey, it says "Glutamine &amp;amp;: 4082 mg", which I assume is 4.082 g's of glutamine, right?
