(Marc David)

Nice post! Welcome to the forum ks32561,

I' m sure we can help you out. Here' s the best way to get this particular type of question answered.

1) Go to the Online Training Journal section
2) See the journals that are already there
3) Use them as examples (Eagle101st is a great example)
4) Post your own stats, exercises, current supplements if any and your current average nutritional intake. Use FitDay to find out what you are eating and translate that into calories and such. (It' s FREE and it' s on heck of a way to get a baseline of what you are eating on a daily basis).

By posting this type of question there, you can start you own training journal. We have some really talented people who take a look at that section that are wonderful and experience with nutritional plans. But they need to see the whole picture first. That is why posting your stats, what you are doing for exercise and how you are eating is really important. Gives people a baseline on which to comment.

Your question is valid. But without knowing other things like height, your weight goals, what you eat pretty much on an average day.. it' s hard to know. For all I know.. you are eating 4000 calories now.. and all you need is an extra 500 a day to put on a pound a week. See what I' m getting at?

Hope this helps.. I know you just posted.. I just want you to get the best possible answer.

Please help me with my diet!!!
