And I'm wondering is this a good quality of amnio acids? And I'm been told that Glucosomine is the primary make up of the skeletal muscle. Has anyone tried them both together and have had a good turn on these? I was told as long as you take some good amino acids you don't need to take an extra dose of Glucosomine. Any advice?

THE LOWEST PRICES AROUND!!!!!
http://www.sportsnutrition.com/
