I've been reading stuff on the forum for a while now, infact - I've been reading online for months and months, trying to figure out the perfect diet and workout routines. However, it's like every day I hear a new tip or a new caution, some say train abs every day others say only twice a week, etc.

My problem is, I have a 'before' pic, but the 'after' pic doesn't exist yet. I'd like to achieve this, and with your help I hope I won't be running around like a headless chicken any longer :)

My training has been really crappy, been on and off for the last 3-4 years, and have never taken it seriously. I've only started taking my diet into consideration beginning of this year, but results are still missing.

I currently have a membership at a good gym with plenty of equipment, but there is very little in terms of guidence.
I live with my parents but can't cook for shi*, so food prep needs to be considered.

Please have a look at pictures of where I am now, and kindly guide to my goal of achieving a Calvin Klein cover body :)
Ps. I'm aware that I need to get that 'thing' waxed so no comments ok ;$

1. www.nupixel.net/x/bodya.jpg
2. www.nupixel.net/x/bodyb.jpg
3. www.nupixel.net/x/bodyc.jpg

Wannabe:

Age: 19
Height: 5'7"
BF%: Never tested, but quite high I'm guessing.
Strength: Moderate to unexplainably low.

Love and respect..
Gee.
