I' ve been working out 5 days a week for 4 months now. Weekends off. (I work out at my employer' s gym - closed on weekends).

This weekend I picked up a doorway chin bar as I' ve heard they are great for overall upperbody gain.

Mainly I was wondering how I should work this in...

Would it be alright to do chin bar excercises on the mornings of my upper body day? (the rest of the workout will come approximately 10 hours later)

no

wtf are you doing?

Chains...maybe...... but this thread...
RE: workout twice a day? (Marc David)

I even get asked if I train a bodypart more then once a week. After an intense leg workout, or chest.. there is no way I' m ready 3 days later for that again. My personal training schedule is, one particular bodypart per week. You grow when you aren' t in the gym. So it stands to reason that the more time you are in the gym, is less time you are resting and eating in order for your body to recoup.

RE: workout twice a day?
