Or you can increase frequentcy a tad and increase volume significantly. Recovery is much quicker, and you need to take advantage of this.

Help with 1-AD and Rep Range (Cage)

I' m new to prohormones and I' ve never done gear. I would like to start a 3-5 week cycle of 1-AD (I' ve already got it and 6-oxo for post cycle).

I should preface this with my goal of gaining mass for bodybuilding; I' m cycling strength routines into my bodybuilding, but I' m not a powerlifter.

My question is really about what kind of workout will help me to take the most advantage of a 1-AD cycle. As I understand it, in contrast to the diol PHs, 1-AD will mostly boost one' s strength gains. I understand that by itself it is not ideal for gaining mass (yes, I am aware that one can stack it with 4-AD or something similar for mass, but I' m experimenting with 1-AD alone first).

And realized that I have the 2nd generation " diol" version of Ergo' s 1-AD. Does this mean it is good for mass gains as well, or is it just easier on the stomach? I' m really confused, despite having read plenty of FAQs and links on the subject.)

Therefore, I surmise that I should stay on my current 5x5 strength routine when I begin my 1-AD cycle. Is this advisable? (Or should I return to a more traditional 8-10 rep range and more training to failure? Of course, I' ll do that anyway when I finish with the 5x5 and my 1-AD cycle and post cycle.)

Does it make any sense to do a dynamic week in between heavy 5x5 weeks while on 1-AD? To me, that seems a waste of a week' s worth of 1-AD.

Any alternative advice?

Thanks
