(Italianangel)

Sounds like a little stretching on Monday and maybe some Glutamine may help, could be tightening of ligements and tendons on the verge of injury.
Linda
RE: Shoulder Injury? (Sweet_Boy)

I train my shoulders and back every Monday. However, for the rest of the weak my right shoulder feels really bad and then come Friday when I work my chest and arms I can hardly bicep curl 5kg. Is my Monday workout routine wrong? I dont believe I am doing exercises incorrectly as I have and always do read alot on movements.

Routine:
3x12 Lat Pull Up
3x12 Weighted Pulldown (to chest)
3x12 Pullover Machine
3x12 Pullback Row

3x12 Shoulder Press
3x12 Barbell Upright Row (to chin)
3x12 Shoulder 'T' Raise
3x12 Shrugs

Any help on this would be great! Should I remove 2 exercises, one from my back and one from my shoulders so I only do six exercises total on Monday??

Cheers! Am stuck and on the way to the gym later today!
