(Gun Ryo)

Creatine? Probably because you have the muscle mass of a can of sardines.

Seriously though, I don't even use creatine yet and I'm pulling up on 1.5 years of lifting. It's what I call my "last boost".

RE: I NEED a workout plan! (marine545)

it shows you how to do all those exercises and many more in arnold's Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding it also tells you anything else you need to know about bodybuilding its a good investment.(not trying to sell it to ya or anything)
RE: I NEED a workout plan! (jakej)

What kinds of things are possible on a machine then? Can i do all of the things that Marine545 listed? If i can it still doesnt help that i havent a clue on how to do half those things. I really am i total beginner here, so how much weight should i be using for the workouts? And why no creatine? I mean its naturally produced in your body.

RE: I NEED a workout plan! (Gun Ryo)

Oops, when I posted, I didn't read you didn't have access to freeweights.

Well What can I say?? Do all that's possible on a machine, eat healthier, and don't take creatine.

RE: I NEED a workout plan! (jakej)

Next year i'm going to be a freshman at highschool and i really want to play a sport. My frame is too small right now to play football, so i figured if i put on a few more pounds of muscle, not fat, i could go into wrestling and not have to worry about size since i'd wrestle someone close to my size. I'm 5'9", weigh 135-142 (changes depending on scale and what i eat), i have a bit of a stomach thats noticable from the side but not the front. I have the worst eating habbits ever which mostly comes from the fact that my mom practically force feeds me fast food. She thinks pizza and taco bell are actually healthy, if that gives any clue to her.
To the point...my brother bought a Weider Platinum xp600 resistence system last week, it resembles a bowflex for those who arent familiar. I want to start weight training with it, im not worried about shape or form of my muscles, i just want to get as much muscle as i can as fast as i can. He also got 100% whey protein and creatine from GNC. So my goal is to get as much muscle as fast as i can. I NEED workout tho, whenever i start to use the machine i'll just put it on whatever isnt impossible and do that, even if i can only pull the lat bar 6 or 7 times, which doesnt burn my arms at all.
