yup one at a time beside the three small ones, those i can take together. But the pinkish one, that is a HUGE pill.

lol i don't really have a problem with the 11 pills b/c they u don't need to shove all 11 in ur month at 1 time u can take ur time taking them

I dont get the problem with "too many pills." Get a mouthful of water, toss 'em in and swallow...Cant even feel em go down. I bet you chumps could swallow a bigger bite from a cheeseburger than those 11 pills combined :p

truthfully I saw that in several muscle and fitness / flex mags that some pro's do it so i was like ill try 2. I don't think it can hurt lol but ill let u know.

Man, This is why I love this forum so indepth, so many opinions. Last night was my 21st bday so I took the day off, I hardly ever drink but kinda had to last night haha. but back ot the vit's, I am gonan try animal pack but can't let these centrum waste first. I take one upon wake up and one @ bed time anyone else go similar?

is the on protein complex worth the 50 bucks
i saw that has 55 grams of protein which is great compared to most product they only have like 15-25 grams

actually the GNC mega whey, IMO, sux. i've taken muscle milk before and i really liked the results, so i'm gonna take it again, most likely along with ON pro complex. With 8 grams glut and 13 grams bcaa, this should be killer.

actually animal pak is pretty good for me, but the only downside is the size. I've gotten throught that already though. it's 30 bucks at vitamin shoppe and should last 44 days unless you take it twice.

You can get it cheaper online. I saw it for $18.00. From what I understand, if you can stand taking the 11 pills, this is one of the best vitamins.

Im on my third .... bottle .. i guess you can say, i get the ones with 44 packs, and 11 pills dont bother me at all, I know im getting all the vitamins that are needed in bodybuilding, I could really see the difference, my body reacts better to weight lifting, and I dont look beatup all the time, as u used to.

animal pak is just like beast pak by body tech has anyone tried it
