(Marco)

 Hello,

you probably pulled your bicep's tendon or your brachioradialis.
if it doesnt hurt when you are at rest but only when you exercise you can continue training but stop immediately when you feel it hurt. i pulled my tendon 2 weeks ago and its almost recovered completely.

Marco
I pulled a muscle! (Pushat55)

I pulled my muscle about 4 days ago and was wondering whether i should still go and train with low weights or just reast until it heals. The pull is around the bicep to forearm area and if mild b/c i can still lift the same weights. Only problem is after i get into my 4-6 exercise, it starts killing me. Any opinions would be helpful!
