And to really vamp up your fat loss make your cardio High Intensity Interval Training! &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  I got some pretty dramatic fat loss when I did this to my workout program. As for food, your carbohydrates keep low glycemic complex carbs, and high glycemic right after your workout and then back to low. Eat 100% turkey, and lean cuts of bef, and then chicken in that order of importance. Turkey is good to help cut fat. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  Get about a maximum of two scoops of peanut butter (all natural no sugar added) per day. &lt;br&gt;  Make your self smoothies with rasberries and natural low fast yogurt, ice, and skimmed milk, for breakfat and or lunch. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  Get pleanty of green leaf vegetables, eat a minimum of 6 times per day. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  Make your largest meal of the day breakfast, or lunch. And if you are going to eat a lot for dinner stay away from carbs... that will allow you to eat a bit more. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  Stay away from trans fats (hydrodgenated oils) and high fructose corn syrup. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  A lot of people maintane a higher protein intake when ripping in fear of losing their muscle but it's not always necassary. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  100% whey protein will be a good friend of you'rs as part of your oatmeal in the morning or in your berry smoothies. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  That's just a small part of the diet for a successful rip season. But like always everyone is different. and if you find you are not losing weight look back on what you have eatin then change it and give it a weak. Chances are you will see inprovement. Anyways, my current stack of goods consists of... &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Protein &lt;br&gt;  BCAA's &lt;br&gt;  ZMA &lt;br&gt;  Fish Oil &lt;br&gt;  Creatine &lt;br&gt;  NO-Xplode &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  So i was wondering, if I'm looking to cut the fat but still want to keep the muscle or gain more muscle, if I went on a strict diet, like grilled chicken or fish or egg whites as my main source of protein with a bit of the other goods as side serviings and also took at supplement like Lipo-6 would I get benefits or would I lose muscle also?  I also lift 5-6 days a week and cardio 3 or more days a week.
