(Lucero)

I've been working out for about a week now.

And every time when I work out my Abs I barley get a burn.. I could be doing the same Ab work out for about 10 mins and barley get a burn.. I've tried adding weight and it barley seems to help. I wanna feel a hard burn where I know I'm working them but I feel like I'm not really working my abs. Any ideas why, because I know I'm doing them right?
