There was a point where I took tons of that crap a day and with milk. Ya you will be in the bathroom all day because your body cant use it all. So i decided to mix it with water and thats alot better for me.

I now take it with milk. On 100% Whey, anywhere from 2 to 4 scoops a day. 2 scoops and 2 cups of milk. And then i add a bit of sugar to make it sweet. then it tases just liek a shake you would want to buy at the store. But you do get sick of taking it over and over everyday.

You might be taking to much that your body cant handle it all.
RE: AHH Enough with The Protein (Howells021)

I am lactose intolerant so I mix them with water. I can tolerate the stomach pains and stuff its just that I only take about one shake a day which is about 60 grams of protein and it just doesn't seem like its worth the trouble. I don't have time to make a good shake in the blender either b/c I'm always on the run. I was thinking about trying this Amino Acid 2222 Liquid 22 grams of protein in 4tbls isn't bad at all.
http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2134063&cp=2167077.2108321.2173639&parentPage=family
RE: AHH Enough with The Protein (Misanthropy)

 Which ones have you tried?

Are you lactose intolerant?

Whey protein concentrait can cause some digestion problems. Do some research on Whey protein isolate.
